I'm a bit worried about my liver function test results. My blood report shows an SGPT level of 107 UL and an SGOT level of 71 UL. I drink alcohol regularly, and my doctor recommended I take URSOCDL 300mg tablets. Could you please give me some advice on this?

Based on your liver function test results and history of frequent drinking, the doctor has prescribed you Tab Ursocol. This medication contains Ursodeoxycholic acid which helps in improving liver function. Additionally, it is important to reduce or stop alcohol consumption to support the treatment of your liver condition.

View allMy stomach has been hurting for the past three days. It's like these cramps and sharp pains that come and go every day, lasting about 5 to 10 seconds before it goes back to normal. Do you have any idea what might be causing this? Could it be related to some kind of gastro issue? What can I do at home to feel better?
It sounds like you might be experiencing mild gastrointestinal discomfort, possibly due to indigestion, gas, or even a mild stomach infection. Try taking an over-the-counter antacid or anti-gas medication, drink warm water, and avoid heavy or spicy foods. If the pain persists or worsens, its best to consult a doctor to rule out other causes.

An eosinophil count of 5 is slightly elevated, as the normal range is typically between 0-4%. Elevated eosinophils can indicate allergies, asthma, parasitic infections, or certain autoimmune disorders. Consult your doctor to determine the underlying cause. Remedies may include antihistamines, corticosteroids, or immunomodulators, depending on the underlying condition.
