I'm dealing with these blood blisters on my scrotum that I think might be angiokeratomas. They get a bit painful and irritating when I touch them. I'm really hoping to handle this on my own at home, maybe with a cream or something, because I'd rather not involve anyone else. Is RF ablation the only way to get rid of these, or do you have any advice on what else I might try?
