I'm a bit worried about something I noticed on my chest x-ray. It showed fibrolinear densities in the lungs, and I'm trying to understand what this means. Just a little backgroundI had TB about 10 years ago and went through the 6-month treatment for it. Now, I'm about to have a pre-employment physical exam, and I didn't mention my TB history during the interview. Should I be concerned about this affecting my exam results or my job prospects?

Fibrolinear densities on your chest X-ray likely represent old scar tissue from your previous TB infection and treatment 10 years ago. These findings are generally not active disease but could raise questions during a pre-employment exam if not explained. Its best to clarify your history if asked, as treated TB is typically not a barrier to employment.

View allHey, I hope you can help me out here. I recently moved from Kolkata to Assam, and I'm having a tough time finding the medications I've been prescribed. I used to take Digihaler FB200, Cilapam LS, and Clonil 10 in Kolkata, but none of the pharmacies around here seem to stock them. Can you suggest any alternatives with the same ingredients? Im quite worried because I need to continue my treatment without interruption.
instead of digihaler, use foracort inhaler . rest ask for the same medicine

I'm dealing with a really bad cough that's made my tongue red. I've been taking Rapitus three times a day, and while it's cut down the number of times I cough, it hasn't stopped it completely. I can't make it to a doctor right now and it seems to get worse at night. Could you give me some advice on what I should do?
Since Rapitus has not completely stopped the cough, I recommend trying Benadryl Cough Syrup 10ml at night before bed to help suppress the cough and improve your sleep. Additionally, you can take Benadryl Cough Syrup 10ml twice a day to further alleviate the cough during the day. Make sure to stay hydrated and avoid irritants that may worsen your cough. If your symptoms persist, please consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation.
