I used to eat sweets often without any issues, but now it seems like even a little bit triggers a cold. Could the vaccine have affected my immune response to sweets somehow? Any advice or insights you could share would be really helpful.

I'm dealing with allergic asthma and sinus issues since I was a kid. I usually take anti-allergy meds like Montair LC, Monlevo, and Motex LC. Right now, I've been taking just one Motair LC tablet per day. Could you guide me on the proper treatment or tell me if this medication is enough? Also, do you have any other suggestions or recommendations for managing this condition?

I've been diagnosed with allergic rhinitis and recently found out I'm allergic to mites with a 9.2 level. My doctor advised me to keep everything very clean and prescribed Aller Bio. I'm really hoping this medication will help with my allergy. Do you think it's the right choice for my situation? Should I go ahead and start using it?
