I'm a bit worried and curious about when it's safe to have sex after my wife had a family planning operation on 9th August 2017. We have two daughters, and I'm just trying to make sure we're doing everything right. How long should we wait?

I've been drinking ajwain with kala namak and warm water every night to try and induce my period. Now it's February 2nd, and I'm noticing my breasts feel heavy, there's slight pain in my legs, and I've seen some bleeding when I pee, but the bleeding on the pad is really light compared to my usual periods. I took a pregnancy test yesterday, and it was negative, but I'm worried about this light bleeding. Why is it so different from my usual periods?

I've been using Primolut N to push back my period a bit, but I'm having this light blood-like discharge. My periods aren't normal right now. Should I keep taking it? I've been taking Meprate, and I'm concerned about some side effects. Last month, I had really bad pain on the lower right side of my stomach, but it went away after my period was over. Could this be something serious or affect my uterus in some way? I'm a bit worried.
