I'm a bit worried and curious about when it's safe to have sex after my wife had a family planning operation on 9th August 2017. We have two daughters, and I'm just trying to make sure we're doing everything right. How long should we wait?

View allI'm really confused about my pregnancy test results. I took a Prega News test and there was only one line, but I noticed that the HCG absorbent paper turned pink after about 3 minutes. My period is supposed to start on the 28th of this month. I even took the test yesterday and it came back negative. Does the pink color on the absorbent paper mean there's HCG hormone present?

I'm taking Ovral-L and I'm curious if ovulation still happens while I'm on it. Could you explain how exactly it prevents pregnancy? I'm just a bit worried and want to understand everything better. Also, is it possible for ovulation to occur with Ovral-L?

What age does a woman stop being fertile?
A woman's peak reproductive years are between the late teens and late 20s. By age 30, fertility (the ability to get pregnant) starts to decline. This decline becomes more rapid once you reach your mid-30s. By 45, fertility has declined so much that getting pregnant naturally is unlikely for most women.
