I'm a bit worried and need some advice. My last menstrual period was on May 10, and I started Clomid on May 16, following my gynecologist's advice. I have hypothyroidism with TSH at 2.74, normal T3 and T4 levels, but my anti-TPO is quite high at 500. My period is now over 70 days late. A urine pregnancy test was negative on the 55th day, and the ultrasound showed 5 cysts on my ovaries. My gynecologist then prescribed Meprate 10mg. But today, I took another urine pregnancy test, and it came out positive. I'm confused because I've only had contact with my husband on July 8 and in May. Could this be a pregnancy? If so, what should I do next? When should I actually see my gynecologist again? And is there any risk to my pregnancy if Ive been on Meprate? Could you please guide me?

Trapped Gas and Chest Heaviness
Immediate Relief
- Antacids: Take an antacid like Rennie, Tums, or Gelusil to help neutralize stomach acid and relieve gas.
- Simethicone: Consider taking simethicone (Eugase or Gas-X) to help break up gas bubbles in the stomach and intestines.
Additional Suggestions
- Avoid trigger foods: Identify and avoid foods that can trigger gas and bloating, such as beans, cabbage, or carbonated drinks.
- Ginger: Try ginger tea, ginger ale, or ginger candies to help soothe the stomach and reduce inflammation.
- Heat or cold therapy: Apply a warm or cold compress to the chest and upper back to help relax the muscles and improve digestion.
Remember_
- Pantoprazole: Continue taking pantoprazole as prescribed by your doctor to manage acid reflux symptoms.

View allHey, so we had sex early Sunday morning and my girlfriend took an ipill that night. Then we ended up having unprotected sex again on Tuesday. I'm just wondering if the ipill will still work for the second time or does she need to take another pill?
The effectiveness of emergency contraceptive pills like i-pill decreases if taken multiple times in a short period. It is recommended to not rely on i-pill as a regular form of contraception. For the recent unprotected sex on Tuesday, your girlfriend can consider taking another emergency contraceptive pill like Unwanted 72 within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse to reduce the risk of pregnancy.

I'm having trouble with getting wet during intimacy. Even when I'm in the mood, I just don't seem to produce natural lubricant. What can I do to help my body produce it naturally? I love being with my partner, so it's really frustrating. Also, I've noticed some wart-like things around my vaginal area. Any advice on how to treat these?
It sounds like you're experiencing dryness, which can happen for various reasons, including hormonal changes or stress. You might benefit from using a water-based lubricant to enhance comfort. For the warts, it's important to get them checked by a healthcare provider, as they may be caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV), and treatment options are available. Please consult with a gynecologist for a proper evaluation and personalized advice.

I've got some questions about my recent ultrasound results. The report mentioned that the placenta is far from the internal os and that the cervix is measuring 33 mm. Should I be concerned about this? Is it considered a good or bad sign? Id really appreciate your input on whether these results are normal or if there's anything I should be worried about.
it's good
