I'm a bit worried and would love some advice. I tested positive for Covid on April 16, even though I didn't have any symptoms. My doctor recommended I take ivermectin and doxy, so I did. I took another RT PCR test on April 23, and thankfully it came back negative. Now, I'm wondering if it's okay to stop quarantining and be around my family. I'm especially concerned about my 9-year-old son. Is it safe to be with him and back to normal around my family now?

View allI'm thinking about trying to quit smoking, and I've heard about nicotine gums like Nicotex, Nicorette, and kwikNic that are supposed to help with this. I'm a bit worried, though. Are these gums actually safe, and do they have any proven side effects or risk of addiction? I just want to make sure before I decide to use them.
Nicotine gums like Nicotex, Nicorette, and KwikNic can be effective in helping people quit smoking by reducing cravings, but they should be used as part of a comprehensive cessation plan. While generally safe when used as directed, they can cause side effects such as mouth irritation, nausea, or headaches, and there is a risk of dependency if overused.
