I'm a bit worried because I accidentally pricked my index finger with a safety pin that wasnt new and it started bleeding a little. I put some Dettol antiseptic on it, but Im concerned if this could lead to tetanus. Is this something I should be worried about?

I've been dealing with a cough and cold for over two weeks now. My GP advised me to check my blood, and it turns out my ESR is 30 and AEC is 480. He told me to take Diethylcarbamazine and Chlorphenaramine. Is it safe to take these medications along with my current thyroid medication, Atorvastatin, and Fefol? I'm trying to understand if azithral 250mg and azithral 250mg DT are the same thing. If I run out of azithral 250mg DT, is it okay to switch to azithral 250mg, or are they different enough that I should stick with the DT version?
