I'm a bit worried because I had dengue fever 5 days ago, and when I left the hospital, my platelet count was at 150,000. But yesterday, it dropped to 140,000. Is this kind of drop normal, or should I be concerned about it?

A slight decrease in platelet count from 150,000 to 140,000 five days after discharge from dengue fever is not uncommon, as platelet counts can fluctuate during recovery; however, it's essential to monitor the trend and watch for any further significant drops or symptoms like bleeding or bruising

I've been hearing a lot about using HCQ 200 MG as a way to boost immunity against Covid. I'm wondering if it's safe to take it twice a week for that purpose. Could this really help, and are there any risks I should be aware of? I'm curious because I've seen mixed opinions online and want to make sure it's a good idea before considering it.

Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) is not recommended for use as a preventive measure against Covid-19. It is important to follow guidelines from health authorities and consult with a healthcare professional for the most appropriate preventive measures.
