I'm a bit worried because I haven't gotten my periods for the last 45 days. Is there a tablet I can take to help start my period, something that doesn't have side effects?

Concerning symptoms.

Possible causes:

  1. Viral infection (e.g., flu, common cold)
  2. Musculoskeletal issues (e.g., muscle strain, arthritis)
  3. Circulatory problems (e.g., poor blood flow, deep vein thrombosis)
  4. Other medical conditions (e.g., anemia, hypothyroidism)

Immediate actions:

  1. Rest: Get plenty of rest to help your body recover.
  2. Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of fluids, such as water, clear broths, or electrolyte-rich beverages.
  3. Pain management: Consider over-the-counter pain relievers like acetaminophen or ibuprofen.
  4. Monitor symptoms: Keep track of your symptoms and seek medical attention if they worsen or persist.

Consult a doctor if:

  1. Symptoms persist: Fever, pain, or dizziness last more than 2-3 days.
  2. Severe symptoms: Difficulty breathing, chest pain, or severe headache.
  3. Underlying conditions: If you have a pre-existing medical condition or concern.

I've had a persistent cough for over two months now. It all began with painful swelling on the backs of my hands. I had a high fever that went away after taking medicine for five days, but the cough stuck around. Now I'm experiencing chest pain and shortness of breath with even a little activity, and the pain has moved to a sharp lung pain below my chest. I saw a pulmonologist, and my CT scan was normal, although my WBC count was a bit high. Today I went to a gynecologist because of lower abdomen pain and found out I have a left ovarian cyst. What could be going on? I'm really worried about how all these symptoms tie together. Is it something serious?

both donot have any corelation, start steam inhalation , do chest xray

1. I've been diagnosed with a 5.6mm x 4.2mm dermoid cyst on my right ovary what actually causes these cysts to form in the body? I've heard they can contain weird things like teeth or hair how does that even happen? 2. Is surgery the only way to treat a dermoid cyst, or can it be managed with alternatives like yoga, Ayurveda, or homeopathy? I'd really prefer to avoid surgery if possible. 3. It's called a monster cyst because it might have tissues like bone or nails how does something like that develop inside the body on its own?

Surgery s the only treatment option for a dermoid cyst..get it removed laparoscopically
