I'm a bit worried because I just got my blood test results back, and my PDW is 25.5. The report says the normal range is between 9.6 and 15.2. What should I do next? Should I be concerned about this?

View allI'm a bit worried because my platelet count has dropped to 110,000, but I don't have any signs of dengue. I've heard that goat milk might help increase platelet levels. Is that true? What can I do to naturally boost my platelet count?
While goat milk is a good source of protein and calcium, there is no scientific evidence to support its role in increasing platelet count. To increase platelet count, you can consider taking medications like "Eltrombopag" at a dosage prescribed by your doctor. Additionally, consuming foods rich in vitamin K like spinach, kale, and broccoli can also help boost platelet production. Remember to follow your doctor's advice for the best treatment plan.

I'm concerned about my recent blood test results, which showed low monocytes. I'm feeling weak and getting tired quite quickly. Could you please recommend any medicines or food supplements that might help boost my monocyte count? I'm really looking for advice on what to do.

I'm dealing with anemia and it's been really tough. When I wake up in the morning, my whole body aches and I feel fatigued constantlyIm always in this sleepy state. I experience dizziness, breathlessness, and lower back pain, along with pain on my neck between the shoulders and under my head, almost like cervical issues. I get leg cramps at night, and I've noticed hyperpigmentation on my face, my hair has become thin, and my periods are really light. It's starting to affect my studies. Can you help me understand what's going on and what I can do about it?
It sounds like you may be experiencing symptoms of iron deficiency anemia. To help improve your condition, I recommend taking Ferrous Sulfate tablets. You can take one tablet (325 mg) once a day with a glass of orange juice to enhance absorption. Additionally, try to include iron-rich foods in your diet such as red meat, poultry, beans, and dark leafy greens. Make sure to also consume foods high in Vitamin C to aid in iron absorption. Remember to follow up with regular blood tests to monitor your iron levels.
