I'm a bit worried because I've been losing a lot of my chest hair lately. I saw a dermatologist and he said its alopecia areata, so he put me on UV treatment for about 6 weeks, but it didnt help at all. Then I went to a homeopathic doctor, and after doing a thyroid test, my TSH was around 8. He gave me some meds, but still, nothings working. Can you tell me what's going on?

Since the UV treatment and homeopathic medicines did not show any improvement, it's important to address the underlying thyroid issue. Your TSH level of around 8 indicates hypothyroidism, which can contribute to hair loss. The medications prescribed by the homeopathic doctor may not have been effective, so I recommend consulting with a medical doctor or endocrinologist for proper management of your thyroid condition.

I'm 16 and I know there's still time for growth, but I've noticed a lot of girls my age have developed breasts and I haven't yet. My mom started developing hers when she was 15. Should I be worried about this, or is it normal to have a delay in breast development?
