I'm a bit worried because I've been using peroclin 5 for a year now, and the results have been good, but lately, I've noticed that the cream is really watery and doesn't dry up like it used to. I'm not sure if this is because they're making it differently or if it's just the hot weather. If it doesn't dry, I'm concerned it might not be as effective for my acne. Do you know of any alternatives to peroclin that could help me out?

Peroclin 5% is a benzoyl peroxide-based cream. The watery consistency might be due to the manufacturer's formulation change or storage conditions.
Alternatives to Peroclin 5%:
- Benzoyl peroxide gels (2.5% or 5%): Neutrogena, Clearasil, or generic versions.
- Adapalene gel (0.1%): Differin, Adaferin, or generic versions.
- Salicylic acid products (0.5% or 2%): Clean & Clear, Stridex, or generic versions.

View allI'm really worried about this rash I've been dealing with. It started around my panty line and under my bust. I used a skin cream that my doctor recommended, and it seemed to help, but then the rash came back. Now my skin looks like it's healing from a burn. It's been going on for three months now. What should I do?
Since you have been suffering for 3 months, it is important to consider a different approach. This sounds like a case of fungal infection, possibly a persistent one. I recommend using an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole 1% cream twice daily on the affected areas for 2-4 weeks. Additionally, taking oral antifungal medication like Fluconazole 150mg once a week for 4 weeks can also help clear the infection completely. Make sure to keep the affected areas clean and dry, and wear loose-fitting clothing to aid in the healing process.

I'm using Candida B on a cut over the joint of my foreskin. How long should I keep applying it? The cut is healing but the joint area still doesn't seem fully healed.

I recently found out I'm HSV1 IgG positive, and I have some concerns. I read that 3.7 billion people are infected with HSV1 according to WHO. I'm not currently taking any medicine for herpes, but I'm wondering if I should start some kind of treatment. Could you give me some advice on whether treatment is necessary or any possible next steps? I'm really looking for guidance here.
