I'm a bit worried because my roommate had chicken pox and he left a few days after finding out he had it. Could you let me know what steps I should take to make sure I don't catch the virus too?

I'm really worried about my dad. It's been about 40 days since he tested positive for COVID-19, and now his CRP is at 10. Does that seem high to you? He's had a fever between 99 and 101 for the last 5 days. Could this be related to his CRP levels? I've got his CBP, CRP, and D-dimer reports here. Could you help me understand what's going on?

Patient is advised tab augmentin 625 mg ,orally, thrice daily for 7 days, tab levocetrizine 10 mg bedtime for 5 days and syrup salbutamol 10 ml thrice dailly for 7 days .

I'm experiencing some swelling in my left chest, and it's a bit strange because sometimes it hurts when I touch or press it, but other times there's no pain at all. Should I be concerned about this, and what could possibly be causing it?

Left chest swelling and pain upon touch could be due to various reasons such as muscle strain, costochondritis, or even a minor injury. If there is no pain at times, it may indicate inflammation or a musculoskeletal issue rather than a serious medical condition. I recommend taking over-the-counter pain relief medication like ibuprofen (Advil) 400mg every 4-6 hours as needed for pain and inflammation. Applying a cold compress to the area for 15-20 minutes a few times a day can also help reduce swelling and discomfort. If the symptoms persist or worsen, it is advisable to consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation and management.

I'm a bit concerned and could use some advice. A couple of nights ago, I was just hanging out on my balcony, and a bat landed on my right toe for a second or two. I quickly moved it away, and there's no sign of a bite or a scratch, but I'm still worried. My leg's been having this mild pain and tingling, and my head kind of feels swollen inside. I did visit a doctor, and she assured me there's no evidence of a bite or scratch, so rabies isn't a possibility. I'm still feeling anxious, though, and would love your thoughts on this.

Continue same treatment as advised by the physician.
