I'm Chethan and I usually smoke about 2 cigarettes a day. I recently had a bout of cough, so I stopped smoking about 15 days ago, but I'm still dealing with a lot of coughing and some throat pain. I'm just really worried and wondering why it hasn't eased up yet. Could you tell me what's going on or what I should do next?

View allI've been in the hospital for Covid back in Aug 2020 due to breathing issues. My oxygen levels are now at 93 with a normal pulse rate, but if I climb stairs or do any kind of activity, my oxygen level drops to 79 and my pulse rate shoots up from 128 to 135. I'm regularly doing breathing exercises and using a spirometer, drinking lots of fluids, and sleeping in a prone position. I'm currently on Nintena 100, Doxolin 400, Mucinac 600, Rantac 150, Azithral 250, and Ecospain 75. Can you suggest how I can increase my oxygen levels?
whatever you are doing , its more than sufficient to increase the saturation

I'm currently on mlife tab which I take once a day and use seroflo as needed, especially when the weather changes. The only issue I have is breathlessness. I'm curious about how long I can continue using mlife and if there's any chance of completely curing this. If a cure isn't possible, what's the best approach to prevent it from coming back?
tablet mlife has little side-effects like nausea, vomiting. so you can take this tablet for long time till your symptoms are reduced

I've been sneezing nonstop and it's hard to breathe. I was taking Medrol 4mg, and now I have chest and back pain. I had an MRI done for my chest and lungs, and it showed there's an infection. What could be causing all this? Do I need to be worried about the infection spreading or getting worse? What should my next steps be?
take treatment for that infection
