I'm a civil engineer and often travel to places where the air isn't too clean. Every time I do this, I end up with difficulty breathing through my nose the next day, although I can breathe fine through my mouth. My local doctor gave me this tab called Ebasil, and it works great, but the symptoms come back as soon as I stop taking it. Could you help me figure out what's going on and how to deal with this?

I'm a 30-year-old guy and I've been smoking for a while, up to 3 packs a day for 21 years. I recently had a chest CT scan and the results mentioned something about "patchy air trapping bilaterally." I'm trying to understand what that actually means and if its related to my smoking. Should I be worried about this? Can you help explain it to me?

in alveoli the air trapping would have happened, it is due to high sputum production.

I'm really worried about my 63-year-old mom. She has COPD bronchitis and has been on medication for a while now, like using a nebulizer and inhalers. We just got her X-ray done, and it said there are fibrotic changes in RV2, but everything else is normal. At home, she's on oxygen all the time, and her levels on the oximeter show between 92 to 98 when she's using it. But as soon as we take off the oxygen, it drops to 60 or 70. Her COVID test came back negative, but I don't understand why her blood oxygen levels aren't improving. Could you please help us understand what's happening and what we should do next?

I'm currently being treated for MDR-TB and I've been experiencing some issues with vomiting. I'm worried about my liver health and I'm thinking about stopping moxifloxin and ethanamide for a bit to help my liver recover. Do you think that's a good idea? Are there any risks I should be aware of?

No , do LIVER FUNCTION TEST and consult pulmonologist
