I'm concerned about the levels of TDS in my bathing water. I've read that around 500 ppm is okay, but I'm wondering if that's true for avoiding hair fall and skin problems. Could you shed some light on this?

Any shampoo containing harsh ingredients such as parabens, sulphates and silicone are bad for hair. You should check for the ingredients before selecting a shampoo. Pantene also has sulphate free varieties.

I'm a bit confused about a product I've been prescribed. It's called Konaz ZP, and I was told it should be used as a shampoo. But when I checked the label, it actually says it's a lotion. So now I'm unsure about how to properly use it. Could it be possible that there's a mix-up, or is this common? How should I go about using it as a shampoo, if it's labeled otherwise?
