I'm concerned about my kids' digestion. My older one is 4 years old and the younger is 1.5 years old. They seem to have a motion problem where they need to go immediately after eating, and this happens often. Could you help us figure out what's going on?

Is she having itching all over body, especially palms and soles?? This high value of OTPT with itching without presence of jaundice usually is bcoz of intrahepatic cholestastis of pregnancy..responds well to udilive medicine..get her complete liver function test done, rule out all hepatitis virus infection and start udilive after gynecologist consultation..
