I'm concerned about the results from my husband's recent TMT test. He's 49 years old, and I noticed that his blood pressure was 12080 at the start but increased to 13080 afterward. Is this cause for concern, or is it normal for blood pressure to rise like that after a TMT test?

I'm a bit confused and worried after seeing my recent health checkup report. It mentions Grade 1 diastolic dysfunction, but everything else like chamber dimension, RWMA, and LV systolic function looks normal. The report also notes trivial MR and TR, with no PAH, clot, or vegetation, and my EF is 70. grade 1 diastolic dysfunction could be due to hypertension , electrolyte imbalance and due to ischaemic heart disease.Salt restricted diet and DASH diet is advised.Also regular aerobic exercises is advised..Alcohol and cessation of smoking is advised

Inderal LA 20 tablet is a brand name for propranolol, which is a beta-blocker medication. It is commonly used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension), as well as to prevent chest pain (angina) and to improve survival after a heart attack. Propranolol can also be used to prevent migraine headaches and to manage symptoms of anxiety. The usual dosage for high blood pressure is 120-240 mg per day, divided into smaller doses.
