I'm confused about the normal range for fasting blood sugar levels. Is it supposed to be up to 100 mgdL or 110? Some lab reports mention 110, but I've seen online that it should be 100. Could you clarify this for me?

View allMy 80-year-old grandma has toxic multinodular goiter her thyroid scan showed high uptake, T3 and T4 are elevated, and TSH is very low. The doctor suggested neomercazole for six weeks followed by surgery, but she's hesitant about the operation. She's had an enlarged thyroid for years with no swallowing or breathing issues, just some breathlessness when walking. Could medication alone manage her hyperthyroidism, or is surgery really necessary in her case? She's worried about going under the knife at her age. Also, should we start the neomercazole as prescribed?

I've been dealing with male breast problems since I was a kid, and I'm not sure what to do about it. Lately, I've put on some weight, and it's making things feel worse. Is there a solution for this?
Common medications for worms, like: 1. _Mebendazole_: Generally considered safe during breastfeeding, but your doctor may recommend caution. 2. _Albendazole_: Not recommended during breastfeeding, as it can pass into breast milk.
