I'm considering using Evion 400 capsules on my face every other day. I usually mix it with almond oil or aloe vera gel. Does this sound like a good routine? Is there anything I should be worried about?

Using Evion 400 (Vitamin E) on the face can be beneficial for skin health. However, it is important to note that applying it directly from the capsule may be too concentrated for some individuals and could potentially cause skin irritation. It is recommended to mix the contents of the capsule with almond oil or aloe vera gel before applying it to the face. This can help dilute the Vitamin E and make it safer for topical use. You can continue using it every alternate day, but if you experience any redness, itching, or irritation, please discontinue use.

View allI'm having a bit of a tough time with ringworms right now. I used Allegra 120 mg and Terbinaforce tablets before, and it seemed to help, but I'm noticing they're coming back on my crotch area, hips, back, waist, and thighs. It starts as a small dot and then grows larger. Any idea why this might be happening again, and what else I can do to stop it from spreading?

I'm dealing with white patches on my skin and I think it might be vitiligo. I've already seen a doctor before who gave me a prescription for MELGAIN, but it's really pricey. Can you suggest something else that might work?
