I'm considering using Evion 400 capsules on my face every other day. I usually mix it with almond oil or aloe vera gel. Does this sound like a good routine? Is there anything I should be worried about?

Using Evion 400 (Vitamin E) on the face can be beneficial for skin health. However, it is important to note that applying it directly from the capsule may be too concentrated for some individuals and could potentially cause skin irritation. It is recommended to mix the contents of the capsule with almond oil or aloe vera gel before applying it to the face. This can help dilute the Vitamin E and make it safer for topical use. You can continue using it every alternate day, but if you experience any redness, itching, or irritation, please discontinue use.

View allI've been using Betnovate cream on my face for about a year, but then I found out it has steroids, so I stopped. Now my face seems way darker compared to the rest of my body. What can I do to fix this, and should I see a specific type of specialist? I'm really worried about how my skin looks.
