I'm on ctd12.5 in the morning and bisoheart 5 mg at night for the last three years, which has mostly kept my blood pressure in check. But for the past week, my BP has been high at 160103. Could you let me know why this might be happening and what I should do about it?

It seems like your blood pressure is not well controlled despite your current medications. I would recommend increasing the dosage of your current medications or adding an additional medication to better control your blood pressure. You can consider increasing the dosage of CTD12.5 to CTD25 in the morning and Bisoheart 5 mg to Bisoheart 10 mg at night. However, it is important to consult your healthcare provider before making any changes to your medication regimen.

I'm 39 and I've been dealing with high BP for the last 10 years. I'm on Telsite 80mg in the morning and Cinod 10mg at night, but my BP still isn't coming down. I've heard about adding Dytor Plus 5mg in the morning. Is it safe to try that, or should I consider other options?

Yes tab dytor plus can be added to reduce your BP..

I'm starting to get really worried because my heart's been racing for the last day and a half. It's super uncomfortable and happens whether I'm sitting or standing. I'm not even exercising or anything, so I can't figure out what's causing it. What should I do?

It sounds like you may be experiencing episodes of tachycardia. It is important to consult a healthcare professional for a proper evaluation and diagnosis. In the meantime, you can take a beta-blocker medication like Metoprolol (25-50mg) to help slow down your heart rate and reduce the discomfort. Additionally, make sure to stay hydrated and avoid caffeine and stimulants which can exacerbate the symptoms. If the symptoms persist or worsen, seek medical attention promptly.
