I've been really worried because my hair has started falling out a lot again and my crown line is receding. It all kicked off about two years ago, and even though I've been to different doctors, nothing seems to stick. I had laser surgery for two keloids on my shoulders back in 2009, but after the procedure, they grew five times bigger. Now they keep getting larger and cause a sharp, pricking pain. I've tried cortisone injections for over a year and silicone gel sheets, but nothing's helped. Are there any other proven treatments to stop the growth and ease the pain?

That could be fungal infection which needs both oral and topical antifungal medications and personal hygiene is more important for such condition.
