I'm curious about the long-term effects of working night shifts. I've been at it for over three years, and I've read that it can cause physical health issues over time. Is that true? If so, how serious can these problems get? Also, are there any specific precautions I can take to minimize these health risks?

View allI'm having this persistent pain in my chest and ribs, and honestly, my whole body just feels sore ever since I got over COVID. I did see my local doctor about it, and they mentioned it might just be weakness and gave me some meds. But I'm still worried because I've had kidney stones before and I'm taking thyroid pills. Do you think this could be related? Should I get a second opinion or just wait it out?
