I'm curious if heart angioscopy can diagnose all heart issues. Can it detect problems with both valves and arteries? I'm really anxious to know.

In heart angiography, doctors can visualize the blood flow in the coronary arteries to check for blockages or narrowing that may indicate coronary artery disease. However, heart angiography does not directly assess heart valve problems. To evaluate heart valve problems, doctors may use other tests such as echocardiography.

I'm 16 and recently had an electrocardiograph that showed I have incomplete RBBB. The doctors mentioned it might be related to my tonsils because they get inflamed a few times a year, and they're suggesting I get them removed. I tried finding more info about this link between tonsils and RBBB but didn't come across anything helpful. Could you explain how they're connected or if you've seen anything like this before?

I'm wondering if you can help me out. I was stretching my neck and suddenly felt a squeezing sensation in my upper chest. Now, I'm noticing a bit of pain in my chest whenever I stretch or do activities that involve my chest. My breathing seems fine, though. Should I be concerned about this chest pain, or is it something that might go away on its own? Looking forward to your advice.
