I'm currently in Ahmedabad and I'm having trouble finding Grenil tablets here. Can you recommend an alternative tablet that I might be able to find in my area? I'm a bit worried about not being able to get it.

My grandmother has been getting a fever every evening, around 100 to 101 degrees, for the past five days. She feels fine in the morning but then suddenly starts feeling cold and the fever kicks in during the evening. We've been giving her Crocin each night, but we're not sure what else to do.
