I'm currently on ATT treatment DOT and have had my lymph node aspirated twice. The culture and DSTMTB indicated sensitivity to all first and second-line drugs. However, the lymph node swells up again after the pus is taken out. Is this normal? I've attached a screenshot for reference. I'm taking my medication under DOT, and I have a history of TBM. For the past year and three months, I've been under treatment, and just last month, I noticed the TB lymph node. Could you provide some advice or insight into this?

View allI'm trying to understand what "salmonella typhi TH 240" means. My result showed salmonella typhi TO 60. Does this indicate a ratio of 140? I'm experiencing a really high fever and feeling concerned. Can you explain this to me?
A "salmonella typhi TH = 240" means a high level of antibodies against *Salmonella typhi*, indicating a possible ongoing or recent infection. Your "TO = 60" suggests a lower antibody level, but it does not exactly represent a 1:40 ratio. Given your very high fever, it's essential to seek immediate medical attention to confirm the diagnosis and get appropriate treatment.

I've had lymph node tuberculosis for a couple of months now and I'm on the medication, but I'm worried because the swelling in my neck keeps getting bigger, and it's pink too. It's also weird because the swelling moves from one spot to another on my neck. What could this mean? How long will it take to get better?
