I'm currently being treated for a lateral femoral condyle fracture and wearing a long knee brace without surgery. Just got my MRI reports. Wondering if there are any specific exercises, suggestions, or special meds that could help speed up recovery? Really want to get back on my feet faster.

View allI'm really worried about my mom. Her MRI results showed a diffuse disk bulge in L4 L5 and L5 S1, and there's also ligamentum flavum hypertrophy on the left side of L4 L5. They mentioned something about minimal to mild scoliosis in her lumbar spine and reduced heights. Could you help me understand what all of this means? Should I be really concerned about this? What kind of treatments or lifestyle changes might she need to consider?
Take frequent stretch breaks and drink lots of water...Discontinue using pillow while sleeping straight...Do not lift heavy objects, especially after bending down....Eat a healthy wholesome meal which should satisfy your minerals and proteins requirement...take over the counter pain medications.. Consult nearest orthopedic surgeon they will do the needful.

My right knee ACL injury from a 2017 accident is acting up again with pain and clicking sounds when I stand or walk. I know surgery is needed but I'm getting married this December what can I do to strengthen it and manage till next year? Here are some pictures for reference.
ACL repair and reconstructive sx is advised.

I'm a defense aspirant and had to undergo reconstruction surgery for my leg. If I regain full motion and function, will this affect my SSB medical clearance? Could it impact my leg's performance during physical tests?
While regaining full motion and function after leg reconstruction surgery is a positive sign, it doesn't automatically guarantee SSB medical clearance. The SSB medical board will assess the extent of the surgery, the recovery progress, and the overall functionality of your leg. A history of surgery is often disqualifying, but can be waived if the board is satisfied with the recovery.
