I'm currently pregnant and considering taking M2 tone, but I'm really worried about whether it could cause a miscarriage. Could you please let me know if it's safe during pregnancy?

Tetanus Injection After a Cut: Guidance
Tetanus Risk Assessment:
- Dirty or rusty object: Since the cut was from a kitchen knife, the risk of tetanus is relatively low.
- Blood exposure: Blood was present, but this doesn't necessarily increase the tetanus risk.
Tetanus Injection Recommendations:
- Up-to-date tetanus vaccination: If you've received a tetanus booster within the past 10 years, you likely don't need another injection.
- Clean and minor wound: Given the cut is from a clean kitchen knife and is minor, a tetanus injection might not be necessary.
Precautions and Next Steps:
- Clean and dress the wound: Immediately clean the cut with soap and water, apply antibiotic ointment, and cover with a bandage.
- Monitor for infection: Watch for signs of infection, such as redness, swelling, increased pain, or pus.

I'm really worried because after having the HSG test this morning, my abdomen is in a lot of pain and I've developed a fever. I've also noticed some blood in my underwear. Can you recommend any painkillers that might help with this? I'm not sure if these symptoms are normal after the test.
Mild pain, cramping, and spotting are common after an HSG test. You can manage the discomfort with ibuprofen or paracetamol. If you have a fever, make sure to monitor it closely. If the symptoms worsen or don't improve in a day or two, contact your healthcare provider for further evaluation

I have a 12cm fibroid in my uterus are there any medicine options to treat it without needing surgery? I'm really hoping to avoid an operation if possible. What are my options?
No,surgery is advised .Laparoscopic myomectomy or abdominal hysterectomy is advised to the patient. Laparoscopic procedure is minimal invasive procedure and abdominal hysterectomy is an extensive procedure involving larger incision to remove the fibroids.
