I'm currently on Sazo 500, but I'm having really bad joint pain since starting it. What should I do? Could you recommend anything that might help with the pain?

I'm having some trouble with upper back pain near my neck and shoulder, and it's really starting to bug me. Sometimes I even get this mild breathing issue, but its kind of on and off. When I sneeze, there's this weird foul smell thats really bothering me. I've had a spirometry test done and it came out normal, so there's that. I know I'm low on vitamin D, so I'm taking supplements for that. I've also been feeling joint pain in my hands from time to time. Any ideas on how to deal with this upper back pain? I've been using Alzumab biologic for about six months now, and honestly, I'm not seeing much improvement in my condition. I've heard about Scapho by Novartis and wonder if it's more effective? Can you tell me if switching might be worth it, or if there are better options out there?

I've been having severe back pain for a while now lower back, middle, even up to my shoulders. It's been two years since my uterus was removed due to stage 1 cervical cancer, and my follow-up ultrasounds every three months show everything's normal, including my ovaries. The X-rays are clear too, but the pain won't go away. It's really affecting my daily life and mental peace. What could be causing this constant back pain even though all my reports are fine? Any suggestions on how to manage it?
