I'm currently taking Practin 4 mg three times a day and was wondering if it's okay to combine that with vitamin B12. Could you let me know if there are any possible interactions or side effects I should be aware of?

My puppy is really young and going through the teething phase. It seems to bite everything, including my hands and feet.
