I'm currently taking Rosulip F 5 and Telma 20 every day, and I'm kind of worried about what side effects I might experience with these medications. Also, is it something that I'm going to have to take for the rest of my life? Any insights would be really helpful!

View allMy normal heart rate, as shown on my oximeter, is always over 100, usually around 102 or 104 beats per minute. Is this something I should be concerned about, or is it considered normal?
Ecg is advised to the patient for any arrythmias.

I've been experiencing these weird moments where I feel like I skip a breath or it just goes shallow for a quick second and then goes back to normal. It's kind of freaking me out. I had an ECG done and it turned out normal, except for some Tachycardia, but that was probably just because I got panicked while lying there. Should I be worried about this, or is it something that's relatively common and not serious?
Random shallow breathing or skipped breaths, despite normal ECG results, may indicate: Potential Causes 1. Anxiety or stress 2. Panic attacks 3. Hyperventilation syndrome 4. Respiratory issues (asthma, COPD) 5. Cardiac arrhythmias (although ECG was normal) 6. Sleep apnea 7. Neurological conditions (e.g., epilepsy, multiple sclerosis) Next Steps 1. Consult a cardiologist or pulmonologist

I've been feeling this weird fluttering sensation in the middle of my chest, and it's really bothering me. It seems to hit me especially hard after I eat or when I've been doing some work, and it makes it tough to breathe. I also get this faint feeling that I can't shake off. I'm not coughing exactly, though there are times when I feel like I might start. On top of that, my back has been aching, and it's hard to stand upright. What could be causing all of this?
