I'm currently using Perfectil for skin, hair, and nails, as my dermatologist recommended. It's been about a month, and I've got really weak nails, some gaps in my eyebrows, and my skin isn't looking too healthy. Plus, my eyebrow color seems duller. I've been taking one tablet every morning, but I haven't seen any real changes yet. Can you suggest a better supplement than Perfectil?

View allI'm struggling with vitiligo for the past 4 years and it's really concerning me. I've got these white patches on my neck and chest, and nothing seems to work. I followed a treatment plan for 34 months with tablets like Orofer after lunch, Meganeuron in the morning, used Melgain lotion after a bath, got some sun exposure before lunch, and applied Tacoz forte ointment at night, but there's been no improvement. I'm from Mumbai and Marine Lines is the closest station to me. Can you please guide me on what I might be doing wrong or if there's an alternative treatment I should consider?

I'm dealing with these small itchy bumps just inside my butt, near the anus. It's really uncomfortable because they itch a lot, and even when I try not to scratch, bits of my skin come off. I've got a picture if that would help explain it better. What do you think it could be?

I've been dealing with a really intense hair fall issue recently, and it's freaking me out a bit. About two months ago, I had dengue fever, and just about a week ago, I started losing a lot of hair, like 70 to 80 strands a day. I'm not sure if it's related, but it's really concerning. Could this be connected to my dengue fever? What should I do about it?
