I'm dealing with a 4 cm keloid on my chest and I'm really into working out. I'm worried if doing chest exercises or anything in the gym could actually make my keloid grow bigger, especially if it gets stretched. Could exercising be a problem for the scar's size?

My friend left Veet on their private area for too long, like over an hour, and now the skin is badly burned, red, and super itchy, especially in the evenings. They've tried different creams but nothings helping. It's stressing them out, and theyre not really talking about it because they know it was their mistake leaving it on so long. What can they do to help heal the skin or ease the irritation?

Lulican cream for local application for atleast 2 weeks is advised to the patient.

My mom's been using Medisalic ointment during the winter months, and she's noticed that brown spots start showing up on her face. It's weird because she uses the same ointment in the summer and doesn't get these spots. Her skin's also pretty dry. Could you help us figure out why this might be happening? We're really puzzled about what's going on.

The brown spots may be due to the combination of medication, winter dryness, and increased sun sensitivity. Protecting the skin with sunscreen, using the ointment sparingly, and ensuring proper hydration can help manage this issue. If the problem persists or gets worse, its always a good idea to seek further advice from a dermatologist to tailor the treatment specifically to her skin type.

I'm 22 and I've been losing hair really suddenly. There's no genetic issue that I know of since my dad only started losing his hair after he turned 45. I've noticed it's mostly around the center line of my head with a big space in the middle. What could be causing this, and what should I do?

There are many reasons for hair fall, visit Dermatologist for evaluation and appropriate management and consume balanced diet with extra protein for better results
