I'm dealing with a 4 cm keloid on my chest and I'm really into working out. I'm worried if doing chest exercises or anything in the gym could actually make my keloid grow bigger, especially if it gets stretched. Could exercising be a problem for the scar's size?

View allI noticed something strange with my hair today. I have dark hair and found this one strand that was really weird the top part was white, but closer to the root, it was black. Only this one strand was like that. I plucked it out, but now I'm just curious, why would this happen? Is this something I should be worried about?
low keratin levels, advised tab .biotin orally, once daily for 3 months.

Can I put Moisturex Tm on my face to help with early signs of aging? I understand it's typically used for feet, so I'm wondering if it's safe or effective for facial skin.

I'm really struggling with flaky dandruff and it's been going on for about a year now. I've tried using selsun and fungiside shampoos twice a week, but they haven't helped at all. Could you give me some advice on what else I might try?
Flaky dandruff that is not responding to over-the-counter shampoos may require a stronger treatment. I recommend trying a shampoo containing ketoconazole, such as Nizoral. You can use it twice a week for 4 weeks. If there is still no improvement, you may need a prescription-strength shampoo or medication from a dermatologist.
