I'm dealing with 90% vitiligo and it seems like even a minute in the sun makes my skin turn red, itchy, and it feels like a sunburn. If my skin's wet, the sunburn gets really bad and blisters start forming. I'm worried about this and would love your advice on what medication I might need. What can I do to help with this?

Immediate Action*
- Hydrate: Drink water to help your body absorb the excess glucose.
- Physical Activity: Engage in light physical activity, like a short walk, to help lower your blood sugar levels.
Diagnosis and Treatment Advice*
A blood sugar level of 220 mgdL after 2 hours of eating may indicate:
- Prediabetes: Your body is having trouble managing blood sugar levels.
- Type 2 Diabetes: Your body is not producing enough insulin or is resistant to insulin.
Your doctor may recommend:
- Lifestyle Changes: Dietary modifications, increased physical activity, and weight management.
- Oral Medications: Metformin, sulfonylureas, or other medications to help manage blood sugar levels.
- Insulin Therapy: If oral medications are not effective or if your blood sugar levels are severely elevated.

I'm dealing with pimples, and my family doctor previously suggested I use E45 cream and take ERYTHROCIN 250MG tablets. However, he's currently unavailable, and I'm unsure about the exact dosage I should be on. Can you offer any guidance or advice on this?

I'm a bit confused about a product I've been prescribed. It's called Konaz ZP, and I was told it should be used as a shampoo. But when I checked the label, it actually says it's a lotion. So now I'm unsure about how to properly use it. Could it be possible that there's a mix-up, or is this common? How should I go about using it as a shampoo, if it's labeled otherwise?
