I'm dealing with acne and trying to figure out if I should eat more rice or stick with roti as part of my diet. I'm really curious about which option is better for my skin and overall health. Can you help me understand what would be best for me to eat in this situation?

I've been dealing with vitiligo for a decade now and have been on Pigmento tablets all this time. I've recently added Fish Oil Capsules to my routine hoping it might help with the growth of pigmentation. Does taking fish oil supplements really make a difference with vitiligo? I'm dealing with a fungal infection in the area around my penis and have started using some medications. I have a question about the abzorb powder Im using to prevent sweating in that area. Is it alright to apply it over the cream I'm using? Also, can I use the powder separately, and will it really help with the issue?

No,don't use both cream and powder simultaneously because neither will work ,use ointment twice a day and in between you can use powder.

I'm dealing with acne on my face and my doctor had prescribed some Adaplec cream along with an antibiotic pill, but I can't remember the name of the pill and unfortunately, the doctor isn't available right now. Could someone help me figure out which antibiotic pill might have been prescribed for treating acne?
