I'm dealing with acne and trying to figure out if I should eat more rice or stick with roti as part of my diet. I'm really curious about which option is better for my skin and overall health. Can you help me understand what would be best for me to eat in this situation?

I've been dealing with vitiligo for a decade now and have been on Pigmento tablets all this time. I've recently added Fish Oil Capsules to my routine hoping it might help with the growth of pigmentation. Does taking fish oil supplements really make a difference with vitiligo? Any advice you could give would be great.

There is no scientific evidence to suggest that consuming Fish oil capsules increases the growth of Vitiligo. Fish oil supplements are rich in omega-3 fatty acids which have anti-inflammatory properties and may benefit overall skin health. However, it is important to continue taking your Pigmento tablets for Vitiligo as prescribed. If you have any concerns or experience any new symptoms, please consult with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.

I'm dealing with a fungal infection in the area around my penis and have started using some medications. I have a question about the abzorb powder Im using to prevent sweating in that area. Is it alright to apply it over the cream I'm using? Also, can I use the powder separately, and will it really help with the issue?

No,don't use both cream and powder simultaneously because neither will work ,use ointment twice a day and in between you can use powder.
