I'm dealing with allergic rhinitis and it's really affecting my sleep. I feel breathless and in the mornings, I'm either sneezing nonstop or constantly coughing. I'm trying to figure out if it's better to take a monticope tablet at night or use an esiflo 125 inhaler with two puffs before bed. What do you think would be more effective for long-term relief?

I'm really concerned about this sneezing issue I've been dealing with for the last 34 months. It's not an everyday thing, but when it hits, I can sneeze anywhere between 50 to 70 times in a day. It also causes a runny nose, and my eyes get affected as well. Could you offer some guidance on what might be causing this and what I can do about it?
