I'm dealing with asthma, but for the past 45 months, I've been feeling breathless constantly. There's a lot of yawning and burping happening too. I had an X-ray, which showed everything's fine. I've tried nebulization and other treatments my doctor recommended, but nothing seems to work. Could you offer some advice on what might be happening?

View allI'm working a night shift from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and I've been having this issue where my breathing stops while I'm asleep. When I wake up in the morning, I end up vomiting, and there's also this white spit. It's honestly quite worrying, and I could really use some advice on what's going on here. Any insights would be appreciated.

I've been feeling really sleepy all day even though I get a good night's sleep. My parents have mentioned that my breathing stops for a few seconds while I'm asleep, and I also have a snoring problem. Could these things be related to why I'm so tired? What might be causing it?
