View allMy 2.5-year-old son has adenoids and has been on montair LC and abymys nasal spray at night for 8 weeks. He's been sleeping peacefully without snoring or breathing issues since starting the treatment and is very active. The doctor suggested surgery if things don't improve after 2 months, but I really want to avoid that. What should I do?
Since your son is responding well to current treatment and is sleeping peacefully, focus on continuing that treatment and monitoring his progress. A follow-up with the doctor is crucial to discuss his continued improvement and explore all available options, including delaying surgery if possible, if symptoms are minimal, treatment may not be necessary.

My nose is always stuffy because of allergies and my CT scan showed a blockage in my right nostril. The doctor recommended surgery using an advanced ENT navigator, saying it could turn into chronic sinusitis if I don't get it done. Are there any other treatments or alternative medicines I could try instead of surgery?
ent review is advised.
