I'm dealing with chronic urticaria for a long time now and despite seeing several dermatologists, I'm still struggling to find any relief. I'm really looking for any recommendations for a great doctor in Bangalore who might be able to help. Any suggestions?

I put Colgate gel toothpaste on my face and it burned my skin. My first doctor had me use Calapure for about two weeks. Then I switched to another doctor who prescribed me Dosenide and Taiyu Skin Cream. Now I'm supposed to use Taiyu Skin Cream day and night and Uniwhite during the noon. It's been a month and I'm still waiting for my spotless skin to come back. Can you tell me how long it might take to see improvements? I'm really hoping to get my clear skin back soon.

Initial improvement could be seen within 2-3 weeks of starting the treatment. Full recovery and returning to your normal skin tone might take a few months, especially if the irritation was severe. Consistency is key. Stick to the regimen your doctor prescribed and be patient.

I'm wondering if clindamycin phosphate gel works well for oily, acne-prone skin. I tried it because a doctor recommended it to me, but I haven't noticed any improvement. I checked with a dermatologist in Jaipur who mentioned that it might not be effective due to hormonal changes, especially since I recently got married. Does that sound right to you? Is there something else I should consider?

yes hormonal changes. COntinue clindamycin phosphate gel.

My palms and feet sweat excessively and it's really bothering me. Is there any permanent treatment or surgery that can stop this? I've tried everything but nothing seems to work long-term.

Excessive sweating (palms/feet) may respond to iontophoresis or Botox; thoracic sympathectomy is a surgical cure but has risks like compensatory sweating.
