I'm dealing with a constant fever that hovers around 99 to 100 degrees and it's been more than a month now. I've had all the tests done and the only thing that came up was a slight liver enlargement. Besides that, I'm really struggling with weakness, headaches, body aches, dizziness, lower abdomen pain, and severe leg pain. Could you please offer some advice on what's going on and what steps I should take next?

Since no specific cause has been identified in the reports, it is important to consider a broad differential diagnosis. Given your symptoms and the presence of liver enlargement, it may be helpful to consider a trial of antipyretic medication such as Acetaminophen (Tylenol) for fever and pain relief. Additionally, ensuring an adequate intake of fluids and rest is important for recovery. It is also recommended to follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and management, as persistent symptoms warrant a thorough assessment to rule out any underlying conditions that may require specific treatment.

View allI'm just wondering if it's alright to take a head bath with hot water when you have a fever, or maybe the day after if the fever's gone down. It's winter right now, so would that make any difference? I want to make sure I'm doing what's best for my body to recover.

I'm feeling pretty confused and a bit worried about this pain I've got going on. It started in my arms and now it's spread to my neck and shoulders. I'm not sure who I should reach out to firstshould I go to a general physician, a pain specialist, a physiotherapist, or an orthopedist? Any guidance would be much appreciated.
