I'm dealing with a cough that comes with phlegm and a bit of a wheezing sound. I took a chest X-ray PA yesterday and I've attached the report. Can you tell me if everything looks normal? Right now, I'm using Ambrocof LS for the cough. Also, I have a one-year-old baby. Can you suggest any medication for me?

View allMy wife is 27 and she's been getting treatment for MTB at a government hospital for the last six months. She initially tested positive for rimpfacin resistance after having tuberculous pleural effusion. In her most recent USG, the radiologist mentioned minimal septated pleural effusion with focal pleural thickening. Should we stick with the current treatment plan, or could this be more serious and maybe require a different approach?
continue same medication

I'm 48 and have been dealing with asthma for about 4 years. I've been taking Telekast L once a day and Deriphyllin twice a day for it. I don't have any issues with blood pressure or diabetes. But lately, I've noticed something strange. For the past two days, just after I fall asleep, I wake up suddenly like I'm gasping for air. It feels like my breath stops, and I get this weird sensation like ants are biting all over my body. I'm really worried about what could be causing this. Could you give me an idea of what might be happening, what kind of treatment I should look into, and if there are any medical tests I should consider? May God bless you.
do one ecg and chest xray and proceed if any findings are there. if no findings then take tablet pantoprazole for 3 days

My dad just got a positive corona test result, but apart from a fever hovering around 99-100F, he doesn't really have any other symptoms. It's been a week since the test, and to be safe, we got an X-ray done. The report mentioned something about "Prominent branchovascular markings bilaterally." He's quarantining at home at the moment. Can you help me understand what those markings mean? Also, he's diabetic, but it's pretty well managed. I'm just trying to figure out if there's anything else we should be worried about.
The prominent branchovascular markings in the X-ray report suggest some mild changes in the blood vessels of the lungs, which can sometimes occur due to infections like COVID-19. Since your father is asymptomatic except for the mild fever and his diabetes is under control, its good that he's in quarantine. Monitoring his symptoms and maintaining regular blood sugar checks will be important during his recovery.
