I'm dealing with dry skin, and I have this cream that I'm thinking about using on my face. Do you think it's good for preventing dryness? And is it suitable for daily use? What exactly is the purpose of this cream?

View allI'm a 28-year-old guy dealing with male pattern baldness. I went to see a dermatologist, and they suggested I try Minoxidil, Finasteride 1mg, and Keraglo AD. After using Finasteride for about a month, I've noticed some side effects like a drop in libido and more watery semen. I decided to stop taking Finasteride because of this. Is there another way to control my hair loss or another medication that can help block DHT and maybe even encourage hair growth? Would really appreciate your advice.
Since you have experienced side effects from finasteride, an alternative medication you can consider for stopping DHT and promoting hair growth is Dutasteride. Dutasteride works similarly to finasteride but is more potent. You can discuss with your dermatologist about the possibility of switching to Dutasteride. Additionally, you can continue using Minoxidil 5 for promoting hair growth. It is important to follow up with your dermatologist for further evaluation and management of your male pattern baldness.

I'm African American and I've noticed my skin used to be much lighter, but over the past six years, it's gotten so dark that I can barely see myself at night. I spend most of my time indoors and rarely go out. I've tried skin bleaching products before, and they worked, but once I stop using them, my skin becomes darker again. Do you have any suggestions for lotions or treatments I could try to help with this?

I've been experiencing hives that seem to appear and disappear all over my body. What could be causing this, and is there anything else I can do besides taking Benadryl?
Continue taking Benadryl as directed, apply cool compresses, and take oatmeal baths to alleviate symptoms, while also identifying and avoiding potential triggers,
