If I decide to get cosmetic surgery for the squint, what are the chances I'll end up with perfectly aligned eyes and no recurrence of the squint for the rest of my life? From what I've read, recurrence seems to happen mainly in people with a lazy eye, but since I'll be using both of my equally efficient eyes together after surgery, does that mean the squint might not come back? Could you guide me on this?
