I'm dealing with this fever that keeps coming and going for the past month, and my head's been hurting a lot too. I even got a corona test done, and it came back negative. What should I do next?

I've been having a constant fever between 99 and 101 for the last 15 days. I feel pretty normal most of the time, but when it gets closer to 101, I just get really sleepy. I did a blood test, and it showed my hemoglobin is a bit low, but the platelet count is normal. I also tested negative for malaria, and my SPG report is fine. I've already taken two 5-day courses of antibiotics as prescribed by the doctor, but the fever is still there. There's no other problem, but I'm really curious about why this is happening. Any ideas?
