I'm dealing with food poisoning and it's causing a lot of stomach pain. I've also been throwing up a few times. I'm really unsure about what to do and I'm curious about any tablets that might help. Can you advise me on this?

For food poisoning with stomach pain and vomiting, stay hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids, such as oral rehydration solutions (ORS) like Electral or coconut water; consider taking anti-emetic medications like Ondansetron or Metoclopramide to control vomiting, and antacids like Ranitidine or Omeprazole to reduce stomach acid

View allI've had jaundice before, but I'm doing well now. I'm thinking about using Liv 52 as a regular detox thing. How many Liv 52 tablets should I take a day? And is there a limit on how long I can use it without worrying?
For detoxification purposes, you can take 2 tablets of Liv 52 twice a day after meals. It is generally safe to use Liv 52 for a prolonged period of time as it is a natural hepatoprotective supplement. However, if you have any concerns or experience any unusual symptoms, it is advisable to consult with a healthcare professional.

my dad has a 6 cm benign tumor in his stomach near the upper part of the fundus - does he need surgery right away or are there medicines that can help shrink the tumor
A 6cm benign tumor in the upper part of the stomach fundus may not require immediate surgery, but it's crucial to consult with a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment recommendations. Surgery is often recommended for benign tumors causing symptoms, but in some cases, "watchful waiting" with regular monitoring might be an option. While medications can't shrink the tumor itself, they can help manage symptoms like pain or swelling
