I'm dealing with a fungal infection and now my testis skin is really dry. I've been using Tyza 250mg, Livafin Cream, LCZ 5mg, and Momate Cream, but it doesn't seem to be helping much or maybe it's just too slow. Can you suggest an alternative cream for dry skin down there?

Alternative Creams for Dry Skin*
- Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream: A rich, non-greasy moisturizer for dry skin.
- Eucerin Advanced Repair Cream: Provides long-lasting hydration and helps repair dry skin.
- CeraVe Moisturizing Cream: A fragrance-free, non-comedogenic cream that helps repair and lock in moisture.
- Aveeno Skin Relief Moisturizing Cream: Soothes and moisturizes dry, itchy skin.
Additional Tips
- Keep the area clean: Gently wash the affected area with mild soap and lukewarm water.
- Avoid harsh soaps: Steer clear of soaps that contain fragrances, dyes, or other irritants.
- Apply moisturizer after bathing: Lock in moisture while the skin is still damp.
- Wear loose, breathable clothing: Reduce friction and irritation.

I'm looking for a good ointment to help with it. I've attached a picture of the woundcould you take a look and suggest something that might help?
You can use soframycin or megaheal ointment for better results

I've got these itchy rashes on my face from a reaction to a cream I used, and even though I stopped using it, the rash keeps coming back. My doctor had me try betamethasone cream, and it helps while I'm using it, but as soon as I stop, the rash returns. What do you think is causing this, and is there anything else I can do to stop it from coming back for good?
no you cannot

I've got multiple lipomas all over my body and I'm wondering if there's a way to remove them without major surgery or if there are any other treatment options that might work better for me
For lipomas, several treatment options beyond major surgery exist, including steroid injections, liposuction, and minimal excision. Steroid injections can help shrink lipomas, especially smaller ones, by breaking down fat cells. Liposuction can remove lipomas, particularly in areas where scarring is undesirable. Minimal excision is a surgical technique that can reduce scarring.
