I'm dealing with Granular pharyngitis and my throat hurts a lot, almost once every one or two months. It's super painful and usually takes around a week to feel better. I had my tonsils taken out like 10-12 years ago. Is there any way to get rid of this for good? Or if not, what's the best next step I can take?

View allI was just wondering when it's safe to start smoking again after having a tonsillectomy. I'm on day 11 of my recovery and I'm feeling way better, with almost no pain now. I even stopped taking pain meds three days ago. Any advice?

I've been dealing with sinus problems that cause heaviness around my nose and forehead. My doctor recommended surgery but I'm unsure - is nasal surgery really necessary for treating sinus issues? What other options might help relieve this pressure?
Try nasal irrigation, antihistamines, steam, or balloon sinuplasty before surgery if sinus pressure is mild.

I've been feeling like there's an air bubble stuck in my throat for the last couple of weeks, and it's not going away. There's also a lump on one of my tonsils and it seems bigger than usual. What could be going on, and should I be concerned?
The persistent air bubble sensation in your throat and the enlarged tonsil lump warrant medical attention; consider consulting an ear, nose, and throat (ENT) specialist
