I'm dealing with a heavy cough and my doctor recommended I get an IgE test. My results showed an IgE level over 3000, but my doctor is on leave until next week. I'm really curious and a bit worriedwhat does an IgE level this high actually mean? Can someone help explain this to me?

I'm experiencing continuous sneezing and a runny nose, and I think it might be a dust allergy since it started after I cleaned a dusty room.
