I'm dealing with a high blood pressure issue of 16090. I've been taking Telmi AM, but it doesn't seem like my pressure is going down. Do you think it would be okay for me to switch to Telmi AMH? And if so, what would be the recommended dosage and how long should I be on it?

Afterward, I started getting these intermittent pin-pricking pains on both sides of my chest. Im already dealing with a breathing problem and recently noticed some chest tightness. I dont feel tired or dizzy, but I do have a stomach ulcer. I've been diagnosed with triple vessel disease, and they recommended angioplasty. I'm really hoping for a less invasive approach, like EECP or chelation therapy, but I can't find any doctors willing to even discuss these alternatives. I'm feeling a bit stuck and just wondering what other options might be out there for me. Would love any advice or insights on possible treatments besides surgery.
